The hotel staff are really sweet and welcoming. The location is perfect. The hotel needs some upgrading with regards to furnishings and shower cubicle and the WiFi login system is very much outdated. All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good.

What's not to like...a beautiful property right on the beach and with so many restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk...what more could you ask for.

Very good stay at montsilvano. the breakfast room had very good view. the room which is with see view was confortable. the sea view was minimal from a corner. The breakfast is with a complete service. like if you want a bread, they need to give it to you. I donot like such complicated stuffs but the staff are remarkably nice and gentle

Per sette meravigliosi giorni, ho sistematicamente dimenticato il telefono e l'orologio in camera. Il primo non mi sarebbe servito 24/7 come a casa, del secondo non avrei saputo che farne visto che non avevo bisogno di correre da nessuna parte. Ho persino dimenticato dove avevo parcheggiato. Ora, non è che al Promenade servono loto fritto, è che semplicemente ti riapppropri del tuo tempo. E te lo godi, tutto. Per arrivare sotto l'ombrellone ci vogliono meno di 200 passi. La spiaggia è pulitissima, il mare idem, ma il vero punto di forza del Promenade è lo staff. Semplicemente eccezionale, sempre disponibile, sempre gentile, sempre efficiente, è stato il valore aggiunto della vacanza. È un hotel perfetto per una vacanza con la famiglia, con una attenzione tutta particolare per i bambini, dal menù al miniclub. Anzi, menzione speciale proprio al miniclub, curato dalla Moloco, anche qui, 5 stelle - anzi, "2000 mani alzate verso il cielo...". Altro particolare importante, la cucina, al Promenade si mangia davvero bene, molto buona sia la varietà che la qualità dell'offerta, ma noi abbiamo apprezzato anche la freschezza e il silenzio delle camere, e vi consigliamo ovviamente le camere vista mare, spettacolari. E allora, cosa state ancora a leggere, andate e godetene, sono sicuro che quando lascerete l'hotel vi verrà un po' di malinconia anche a voi... Un hotel da riprovare assolutamente anche la prossima estate.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo Hotel prenotando la mezza pensione. L hotel non è di nuovissimo aspetto anche se comodo. La mia Junior suite al settimo piano non aveva la connessione wi fi attiva, peccato. Forse per una debole estensione del segnale sino alla camera. Non da 4 stelle S. Non mi è piaciuto il trattamento al ristorante, ove per la mezza pensione prenotata era prevista una scelta tra sole due pietanze sia di primo che di secondo, mentre gli altri ospiti ordinavano dal menù!!!!

La camera grande con due bagni pulita un po' datata nell'arredo muratura esterna balconi da rifare, reception, hall e ristorante molto belli.Ottima prima colazione buon ristorante personale molto cordiale ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Buondí) io sono una mamma. Ho sempre lavorato nel settore turistico , ho fatto l'alberghiero. Per me è un grandissimo fallimento! La pulizia delle stanze è fatta male. Formiche.... Il primo gg siamo rimasti senza gli asciigamani. Non è ne ache la stagione estiva. . Le ragazze alla reseption non sorridono... Sí assolutamente non è un four season però... La colazione super, i camerieri molto gentili. Per il resto decisemente mai più!
